Eurolink and Kent Science Park
Eurolink Business Park is one of the largest business areas in Kent, with around 6,500 people working across about 280 companies in light industry, offices and warehouses. Kent Science Park focuses on sectors such as agri-tech and biotech. These buildings bring two common jobs: office air conditioning for the floors above the warehouse, and server room cooling for the IT that a busy site depends on.
Where a building's air conditioning adds up to more than 12kW, it needs an energy inspection at least every five years. Our office page explains what that means and who is responsible.
A town built on paper and bricks
Paper making began here in 1708 and Sittingbourne's mill was once the world's largest producer of newsprint, closing only in 2006. Up to 2,628 men worked in the local brick and tile industry in 1870. Older brick terraces often have solid walls, which can change how a pipe route is planned. Sittingbourne High Street is a conservation area, so a shop or flat there has less freedom on the street-facing wall. See our planning guide.

How it works
Tell us about the room
Ring 01622 239046 or use the form. Tell us the postcode, the rooms and what you want to fix.
Survey
We measure up, check the wall, the pipe route, the power and where the outdoor unit can go, then quote in writing.
Installation
We fit both units, run the pipes and the power, pressure test the pipework and set the system going.
Handover and care
We show you the controls and leave the paperwork. Regular servicing keeps it efficient.
